All prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been shipped, ownership of the product and the risk of loss transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers.

6.1 Limited Warranty: Sylvox outdoor TVs and accessories come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

  • The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
  • Warranty coverage generally includes the repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, and environmental factors (such as lightning, chemical corrosion, or water leakage due to improper installation) are excluded from coverage.

6.2 Weather Resistance and Outdoor Use: Sylvox outdoor TVs are designed to be weather-resistant and are not intended for full exposure to harsh elements. To maintain coverage:

  • The product must always be installed according to the provided installation and safety instructions.
  • Avoid immersing the device in water or exposing it to continuous water.
  • Use appropriate enclosures or supports when necessary.

6.3 Warranty Claims: To submit a claim:

  1. Contact support@sylvoxtv.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  2. We may request photos, serial numbers, or additional documentation.
  3. Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or a refund at our discretion.
