Warranty Policy

(1) Warranty Period

Sylvox offers a limited warranty of 12 months for standard products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty duration varies by product category:

  • Standard Category: One year.
  • Commercial Displays: 3 years.
  • Cinema Pro Series: Two years.

(2) Covered Purchase Channels

This warranty policy applies only to products purchased through the official Sylvox website (www.sylvoxtv.ae) or the authorized dealers listed below. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (third parties) are not covered by this warranty.

(3) Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, Sylvox will provide free repair or replacement services for malfunctions resulting from defects in materials or workmanship, provided the product is used normally and according to the user manual. Covered issues include:

  1. Display distortions (such as dead pixels or brightness unevenness).
  2. Failures of core components, including the motherboard, power unit, and speakers.
  3. Cracks in the outer casing or closure issues (excluding damage resulting from misuse or human factors).

If the product cannot be repaired, Sylvox will provide a replacement television, provided the original unit is returned. Replacement products will be of the same size and model, with full functional performance.

(4) Warranty Coverage Exceptions

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Shipping costs, or transport damages, or damages occurring during the unloading of the product and/or removal of protective packaging materials.
  • Repairs required due to improper or incorrect electrical voltage.
  • Any device that has been improperly installed, modified, tampered with, adjusted, repaired, or damaged by anyone other than Sylvox or its authorized representatives; or damage resulting from power surges, improper voltage supply, poor signal reception, or integration with other products.
  • Any malfunction, loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from accidents, negligence, misuse, overuse, improper operation, maintenance, storage, modification, or failure to follow normal operating procedures as outlined in the user manual.
  • Damage resulting from fire, floods, lightning, or other natural disasters.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or owned by someone other than the original end user.
  • Products whose original serial numbers have been removed, defaced, altered, or tampered with in any way.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, unless otherwise provided by federal or local law.
  • Aesthetic damages, surface defects, or appearance damage resulting from normal wear and tear or exposure to external chemicals.

(5) Warranty Service Process

Customers must contact customer service via email: service.ae@sylvoxtv.com, providing the order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  1. A valid proof of purchase must be provided (such as the order number or invoice).
  2. The product must have been purchased through the official Sylvox website or an authorized sales channel.
  3. The product must have been installed and used according to the user manual.

After review and approval, Sylvox will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label and return address. Customers must return the product within 30 days.

(6) Extended Warranty

  • Types and Purchase Channels: Customers who purchase products through the official Sylvox website can choose to purchase a paid extended warranty for two years.
  • Extended Warranty Service Confirmation: Customers must verify the warranty provider based on the purchase channel. If purchased from the official website, extended warranty services are provided directly by Sylvox. Please contact customer support at: service.ae@sylvoxtv.com.
  • Important Notes: Extended warranty services provided by authorized dealers may have separate terms. Sylvox is not responsible for disputes arising from unofficial warranty services.

(7) Other Terms

  • Post-Warranty Service: Paid repair services are available after the warranty period ends. A quote will be provided based on the inspection results.
  • Legal Rights: This policy does not affect any additional rights you may have under applicable local laws.
