30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
First: Return Eligibility
1. Included Sales Channels a) This return policy applies only to orders made through the official SylvoxTV website: www.sylvoxtv.ae.com b) For purchases made through authorized distributors, please contact the seller or their customer service center directly. c) Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible for return or refund.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2.Product Return Authorization (RMA)
Before returning any product, customers must contact the Sylvox support team via email: service.ae@sylvoxtv.com and provide us with the following information:

Order number or proof of purchase.

Detailed description of the issue with the product.
Once the request is approved, Sylvox will send the return shipping label, RMA form, and return address via email. Please note that products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Timeframe a) Hassle-free 30-day return: Products must be in good condition with complete and intact packaging (see detailed requirements below). b) After 30 days: Warranty service is available only for defective products during the warranty period (one year). Issues not covered by warranty will be handled at the customer's expense.
Second: Return Terms and Process
1. Returns within 30 Days a) Unopened products:
- Original packaging is sealed and intact.
- All accessories are included.
- Full refund, including taxes.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
b) Opened but unused products:
- No signs of use.
- All accessories are included.
- Refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping fees and may be subject to restocking fees.
2. Replacement Service a) If a replacement is required due to product quality issues, SylvoxTV will cover the shipping costs both ways. b) Customers approved for "pre-replacement" must return the original device within 30 days of receiving the replacement. Failure to do so will result in: ① Permanent cancellation of pre-replacement privileges; ② Temporary suspension of after-sales services; ③ SylvoxTV reserves the right to take legal action.
Third: Refund Information
1. Refund Processing a) Refund processing will begin within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. b) Refunds for credit/debit cards will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on the issuing bank, and it is recommended to contact the bank for further details.
2. Cases of Non-Acceptance of Returns Return requests will be denied in the following cases: a) Products that have been modified, improperly installed, or intentionally damaged. b) Damage resulting from inadequate or improper packaging during return shipping (20% of the order value will be deducted as compensation for losses). c) Lack of valid proof of purchase, or purchases made through unauthorized sales channels.
Fourth: Responsibilities and Important Notes
1. Responsibility for Shipping Costs a) Returns within 30 days: The customer bears the return shipping costs (except in cases of confirmed quality defects). b) Replacement or warranty return: Shipping costs are covered by SylvoxTV.
2. Customer Obligations a) Retain original packaging and shipping documents (documentation with photos is recommended). b) Ensure all accessories, proofs, and documents are included in the return package.
3. Final Decision a) All returns and refunds are subject to final inspection and approval by SylvoxTV.
