4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the areas listed on our site. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping delays, customs clearance, or external factors. Once the order is shipped, ownership of the product and the risk of loss transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping companies.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Warranty and Product Support

6.1 Limited Warranty: Sylvox outdoor televisions and accessories come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

  • The warranty period begins from the original purchase date.
  • Warranty coverage typically includes repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Cosmetic damages, natural wear and tear, and environmental factors (such as lightning, chemical corrosion, or water leakage due to improper installation) are excluded from coverage.

6.2 Weather Resistance and Outdoor Use: Sylvox outdoor televisions are designed to be weather-resistant, but are not intended for total exposure to harsh elements. To maintain coverage:

  • The product must always be installed according to the provided installation and safety guidelines.
  • Avoid immersing the device in water or continuous exposure to water.
  • Use appropriate containers or supports when needed.

6.3 Warranty Claims: To submit a claim:

  1. Contact support@sylvoxtv.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  2. We may request photos, serial numbers, or additional documentation.
  3. Approved claims may lead to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property
